Following contact from another building surveying firm operating in close proximity and trading under the same name, we undertook a careful review of the situation. In the interest of professionalism, clarity, and doing what we felt was right, we made the decision to rebrand.

As a result, Fabric Building Surveyors is now Strut Building Surveyors.

While our name has changed, everything else remains the same. We continue to provide the same high-quality, client-focused surveying services as before – from pre-purchase surveys and building condition reports to defect analysis and project oversight. Our full range of services is detailed on our website, and our dedication to clear communication, attention to detail, and professional integrity remains at the core of everything we do.
