Plan a roofing project

Where roof works are being considered, our roofing surveying services can assist with initial inspection, scope preparation, technical specification, tender comparison and periodic inspection during the works.

Before a roof is repaired, overlaid or replaced, the scope needs to be clear. We review the existing roof, identify the likely failure mechanisms and prepare recommendations that can be used for budgeting, tendering or contractor instruction.

Depending on the roof type, our roofing surveying services may consider:
